A Tranquil Coastal Retreat
This secluded residence in Malibu underwent a thoughtful redesign led by Ryan White, with architectural updates by Neda Veljovic-Winter. Our team was brought in to stage the home, creating warm, inviting interiors that complement the refined architecture while helping prospective buyers envision life in the space.
Drawing inspiration from the surrounding natural landscape, we embraced a palette of layered earth tones that echo Malibu’s coastal terrain. Modern comfort was introduced through rich, tactile materials—antique brass, velvet, and shearling accents—that add depth and quiet sophistication.
The result is a tranquil yet luxurious retreat: a sunken, plush sofa anchors the living room, while a cozy fire pit extends the warmth outdoors—blurring the line between interior comfort and the serenity of nature.
